MPCVD
It is an advanced technique for cultivating diamond growth. This process uses high-purity methane (CH ₄) and hydrogen (H ₂) as raw materials, and in a high-temperature plasma environment formed by microwave excitation, carbon atoms are deposited layer by layer on the surface of diamond seeds, ultimately growing high-quality cultivated diamonds. The MPCVD process has advantages such as high purity, excellent crystal quality, and strong controllability, and is widely used in the production of high-quality gemstone grade and industrial grade cultivated diamonds.
HPHT
It is a mature cultivation diamond production process that simulates the formation environment of natural diamonds in the mantle, and under ultra-high pressure and high temperature conditions, crystallizes and grows carbon sources under the action of metal catalysts to form cultivated diamonds. The HPHT process can produce high-quality gemstone grade and industrial grade diamonds, with characteristics such as fast growth rate, stable crystal quality, and suitability for mass production.
